Working in hot water, trying to find the gemstone that rattled out in the Ultrasonic Cleaner is a tedious process.
Rather then throwing the cleaning liquid out, it is much easier to shine a torchlight through a tall glass or jar. Hovering just above the bottom of the ultrasonic cleaner, you have a clear visual on the contents at the bottom. Once you've located the missing gemstone, you retrieve it with long pair of tweezers.
